How to Register for the 5k and 10k

The Esquimalt 5k on March 19th – How to register if you have not done so yet…please call Esquimalt Recreation Centre at 250-412-8510 or visit them in person BEFORE Thursday, March 17th 4pm to still be registered with ‘chip timing’ – this means that you will be officially times! Unfortunately after Feb. 28th you are paying under the ‘late’ registration fee of $22/each. I do know there are approx. 120 Sole Sisters registered already – are you one of them???!!! YES tell them you are a Sole Sister so you are registered under our team name!

To register for the TC 10k held on Sunday, May 1st… go to www.tc10k.ca select individual registration… Ensure you select the category you want to be in… if you choose Competitive Walker… YES you will be watched and NO you are not allowed to run a single step or you will be disqualified… so if you are considering the walk/run option to complete the 10k distance then select the recreational walk category.

Make sure you are a Sole Sister… but how? Under Club/Team or School Name hit the scroll down button and select 2011 Sole Sisters… yes we are third from the top!!! Lots of yeses!

Are you wanting to be a member of the Sole Sisters Walk/Run Clinic for Women but unable to make it Tuesday evening? Now you can regardless of where you live! Our Cyber Sister Roster is made up of women who are past members of the clinic but no longer live in Victoria, women of ‘sisters’ in Victoria that want to participate but live in other parts of the world (!) and women in the Greater Victoria area that simply cannot make it in physical presence due to schedule conflicts.
